What to expect at Flourish
Before your appointment
Your experience with me begins when you use my online booking system. If you’ve already successfully scheduled your New Guest Session, YAY! I’m so thrilled about meeting you! If not and you have any questions, please reach out to me via email. I’m happy to help answer any questions you have.
You can expect a confirmation email immediately upon booking. Within 48 hours, I will personally reach out via email to acknowledge that I have reviewed your consultation form and I may ask for hair selfies and inspiration pics in order to best prepare for the big day. You will also receive another email and text reminder 3 days before your appointment. If you need to make any changes to your appointment, feel free to do so online up to 48 hours before.
Arriving at the salon
I am super proud to be part of the team of beauty professionals at Beau Monde Salon Suites in cute little downtown Holly Springs. You should arrive a few minutes early to become acquainted with your new salon home. Parking is easy to find in the front row outside the front doors on the side of the building closest to Avent Ferry Road, or you may park in either lot at the side or back of the building. I will meet you at the front door to show you to my suite when you arrive.
You can relax in my suite knowing that I thoroughly clean and disinfect between each client, so the space is ready for you to settle into and make your home. I book my guests one at a time so you will have my undivided attention.
The Consultation
You'll notice during the scheduling process there was a consultation form you fill out. We'll sit down and chat about everything on that form plus more. We'll talk about your hair dreams and worst nightmares, and take a look at some inspiration photos so I can get an idea of the things you do and don't like. After I have a clear insight into our goal for today's appointment, I'll walk you through what's obtainable, our game plan for today and future services, the level of maintenance involved in the look you desire, and how to style and care for your new look at home.
The MAGIC!
Once we have a detailed plan in place, I will get to work! Every step of the way I use luxury hair color, products and tools to ensure the healthiest, longest lasting results possible. I will work efficiently to respect your time, but I will never sacrifice the quality of my work by rushing on your hair. Throughout the service we will chat more in depth about how to maintain the longevity of your color, the health of your hair, and how to style at home.
Please feel free to bring a book, TV show, or work laptop with you. I'll always make sure you're comfortable with a yummy snack and tasty beverage- I do pour a mean glass of prosecco! Your time in my chair is yours, so you never have to worry about how to spend your time with me!
The Photoshoot
Daaaang mama! The moment we’ve all been waiting for! I can’t help but say every time, “Now who’s taking you out tonight? This isn’t stay-at-home-hair!”
We take pics! If you’re not already following me on Instagram, link at the top of this page, because I showcase all my work, and I’ll definitely want to tag you (with your consent, of course).
With that being said - please wear a solid neutral top (white, black, mauve, beige) or get funky with a band tee, denim jacket, etc. Please limit prints or bright colors (yellows/pinks/neons) as they can alter the color of your hair in pictures.
