Cancellations, Late Arrival, & No-Shows, OH MY!

Out of respect for my business and for wait-listed clients, I honor a firm 48 hour cancellation policy. Please understand, when I reserve a block of time especially for you, I am turning away other clients to keep your time slot secured. Violators of this policy are subject to a fee of 50% of the service total before rebooking your appointment. Guests who cancel within 24 hours of their appointment will no longer be allowed to schedule appointments in advance.

New Guests who no-show will not be able to reschedule their appointment.

If you are running late, please contact me as soon as possible by texting (919)297-8589. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, I will do my best to accommodate you, however, out of respect to all of my guests with scheduled appointments, I cannot guarantee the full service scheduled will be performed and may result in eliminating services and/or a rescheduling fee. Multiple late arrivals result in a Late Fee of $25 being added to your service total.

Refunds & Re-do’s

I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. While I do not offer refunds for services rendered, if you are not entirely satisfied, please let me know within 7 days of your appointment and I will gladly invite you back in to make adjustments at no additional charge. This does not apply if I provided a service we both agreed upon in your consultation and you've changed your mind or attempted to alter your hair elsewhere, but still let me know and we will get you to where you want to go together!

Children & Guests

I love children - yours & mine - however, please be advised that due to liability reasons and the intimate studio environment, I ask that child care is provided away from the salon. While this policy helps ensure that all guests enjoy a relaxing salon experience, it was created with your child’s safety in mind.
